Communication was great, initially, but unfortunately the cleaning quality was very disappointing. Many areas were either missed entirely or not cleaned thoroughly during our move-in cleaning. We ended up having to go back and redo a significant amount of the work ourselves. When I was asked if I was satisfied with the cleaning, I sent some photos, but I never received a response.
