The job was done quickly and professionally. Chris (the owner) was a great guy and his crew worked hard to finish the job as they stated which this time of year is hard to do, you never know what kind of weather we are going to have from day to day. They did a great job on my roof and the clean was great when they were done each day. The cost was pretty much the same with other competitors but I like the way Chris handled himself and listened to us and what we needed and wanted done. My roof looks wonderful!!!

Had my roof replaced, Chris quoted the job, was cheaper then the other three quotes I had, he was also the only one who had better ideas for my roof requirements, due to high winds in my area. He only required 1/3 Down and then the last 2/3rds payment only after I was 100% satisfied with the job. Some might think (no that's not true) but it really is. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and then his crew, both Chris and his crew were very friendly, polite, patient, helpful in understanding what's going with the project and provided great communication threw out the project. Key facts that stood out to me are: -Honest, Trust worthy and a man of his word. His quote was accurate and it didn't change. -They go above and beyond to make sure you're 100% satisfied. -Promt to the job site and clean up at the end of each day (great when you have kids and or pets) -Attention to detail is outstanding I'd use Conrad Consulting & Remodeling again in a heart beat

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an inquiry is recieved we will reach out to gather more information about your project. We will then set up a day and time to provide a free estimate and answer any questions that you might have. When the customer is ready we will schedule their project.
