I had some basement work done (encapsulation of crawl space with humidifier system installed) and also new windows and a small deck installed where l had a larger deck removed earlier. Because of the way the previous workers removed old deck, Conrad had to remove the ledger support board that those workers left and then wrap exposed areas to keep elements and wildlife from entering my home. They were professional in all dealings and communications and provided several options to with within my budget. All work was done in timely manner and looks great.
They also replaced the cover to an old Bilco door and, because it wouldn't be in use, shingled it.
I'm planning on hiring them again to remodel my bathrooms.
Very happy with all that Conrad has done and definitely recommend them for any of your remodeling needs!

Replaced seven old, aluminum windows with new vinyl windows. Throughout the whole project, Chris has always kept in contact with me with status and updates - a critical part to ensure how the project has progressed! He took the time to measure and measure and searched for various types of window brands that would match the exterior color of the house. Once found, he made a special trip to collaborate and to display an example of what the window may look like. After deciding on a particular brand and model, it was installed much faster than I anticipated! The only downside to this project - the contractor did not clean up of the mess he left behind. All in all, Chris is a great communicator, listens, and understands your needs and ensures your needs are met.

Needed a roof at a good price and within a tight timeframe. Conrad Consulting came in, gave an estimate, tore off two layers of rolled asphalt roofing and installed 30 year shingles. Not to mention didn't leave a mess and had the owner come and do a post work site visit. Very friendly honest and responsive to my questions. House looks great and didn't kill my checkbook. Highly recommended!

We hired Chris to install our new roof and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He was able to accommodate our schedule and sent a crew that was able to finish the project in one day. We received multiple bids for the roofing and his prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Conrad Consulting was very helpful in selecting the right shingles for my house, and in helping me with a warranty that matched my comfort level. The roofers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up after installation. The new roof looks great!
