On short notice was able to tear off old roof and put on new. Quality of work 5 stars, responding on short notice 5 stars, communication 5 stars, cost 5 stars. Everything from the quote to finish was top of TV he line service I highly recommend Conrad consulting and remodeling LLC to anyone looking to get roofing work done. The crew was hard working, fast , and still maintained the highest of quality work.

I am very happy with the work done by Conrad Construction. I called for an estimate, and within a few days Chris came to do an estimate and said he could have the job done that same week! I was quoted a very reasonable price and couldn't be happier. My roof hasn't leaked since the rain we had over the past few days. No debris of any sorts left on my property upon completion. I would without a doubt use them again!

Chris' crew was able to tackle my project in under 4 days. It was our house with a complete tear-off with an attached 3 stall garage and 3 out buildings. His crew was hard working and respectful of the property. They worked long hours. They were stretched a bit thin with the clean up of nails but with a big job it's understandable. I will not need another roof for a long time. I would not hesitate to hire him again although, with the warranty and life span of the shingles I probably won't need to.

Needed a roof at a good price and within a tight timeframe. Conrad Consulting came in, gave an estimate, tore off two layers of rolled asphalt roofing and installed 30 year shingles. Not to mention didn't leave a mess and had the owner come and do a post work site visit. Very friendly honest and responsive to my questions. House looks great and didn't kill my checkbook. Highly recommended!
