This is one of the best company I have worked with they came in and fixed everything I needed done they where so kind and helpful they walked me through everything kept me in the loop made sure I was okay with everything and explined it to me. They worked quickly they cleaned up afterwards. I will be working again with him and his crew.

I put out a request for roofing quotes on Thumbtack and Conrad Consulting was one of the respondents to my request. I was a little concerned with hiring for a big job off a website with no prior knowledge of the contractors. Chris reviewed my roofing needs, discussed the process with me and what was involved and also discussed repairs that we knew were needed. The quote was in line with other quotes I had received. I chose Conrad Consulting because of the amount of information we discussed during the quoting process and the number of positive reviews on Thumbtack. Once I hired Chris the job was scheduled quickly. The job was performed as discussed and all cleanup was done to my expectations. The roof looks great. The cost came in right at the quote with no additional costs or repairs needed that weren't identified up front. I would recommend Conrad Consulting to my friends for roofing needs and I will hire them again for any contracting work.

The job was done quickly and professionally. Chris (the owner) was a great guy and his crew worked hard to finish the job as they stated which this time of year is hard to do, you never know what kind of weather we are going to have from day to day. They did a great job on my roof and the clean was great when they were done each day. The cost was pretty much the same with other competitors but I like the way Chris handled himself and listened to us and what we needed and wanted done. My roof looks wonderful!!!

Had my roofreplaced,
Chris quoted the job, was cheaper then the other three quotes I had, he was also the only one who had better ideas for my roof requirements, due to high winds in my area. He only required 1/3 Down and then the last 2/3rds payment only after I was 100% satisfied with the job. Some might think (no that's not true) but it really is. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and then his crew, both Chris and his crew were very friendly, polite, patient, helpful in understanding what's going with the project and provided great communication threw out the project.
Key facts that stood out to me are:
-Honest, Trust worthy and a man of his word. His quote was accurate and it didn't change.
-They go above and beyond to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
-Promt to the job site and clean up at the end of each day (great when you have kids and or pets)
-Attention to detail is outstanding

I would like to share how happy we are with Conrad Consulting & Remodeling LLC for our recent roofreplacement. Chris was very prompt and attentive from my initial contact until the end of the job. I was out of town, but he visited the house to provide an initial estimate. Chris accommodated my travel schedule to meet me at the house, show me samples, and listen to my needs. We discussed the state of the roof with its three layers of shingles, sagging boards, and my concerns over improper ventilation and ice dams. Chris proposed a very cost-competitive solution to repair and replace the roof, and improve the ventilation so that I can add attic insulation in the future.
The crew that replaced the roof was one of the hardest working bunch of guys I’ve ever met. It was a blazing hot day and they worked from dawn to dusk tear off 3 layers of shingles, and put the new roof on. The crew was extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing, and kept me informed throughout the job.
Once the roof was complete my whole yard was thoroughly cleaned up, and the dumpster was removed promptly the next day. There were no surprise costs or hidden charges. What was agreed to up front was what I paid.
The house looks fantastic. I have already had two neighbors stop by to compliment the appearance of the house, and to ask for CCR’s contact information. I hope to see CCR in my neighborhood again soon, and will definitely use them for future projects around the house.
