Justin came for a pilot light that would not light. I had explained everything to him and he quoted a $59 charge to come look at it. When he got here, I put my husband on video chat after Justin said he didn't know what was wrong and he didn't have any testing equipment with him. He obviously didn't like that. I asked him what he thought he should do and he said he could try replacing the entire heat valve but couldn't guarantee that would fix the problem. My husband asked him if he would try something, probably 20 min of pipe work. He said the charge would be $200. I asked him doesn't he have an hourly rate? He said too many questions were being asked. So my husband said to pay him $60 and have him leave. Not only was he unprofessional, he must be inexperienced. I asked him how to know if I had a gas leak, he actually said "light a match. He was serious. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!
