What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read many books by experts in the fields of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and others along with code requirements for the same. I read and stay up to date on the National Electrical Code.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
After graduating from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a degree in Economics I started working in the commercial property management field. Later I went into industrial sales of equipment and piping&fittings. Along the way I owned my own property management company for 10 years. After becoming ill in 2000 I worked as a commercial carpenter for a short time, and did electrical work for contractors and residential customers for 2 years. I also worked for Game plumbing and heating doing water heater, humidifier, softner, disposal installations etc for over a year.
