Introduction: I do a very through inspection, I have the report to the client in a very timily maner and I make sure the client understands the report. The client is able to call me at any time with questions on how to do repairs even after the inspection is done. I am always there to answer any questions you may have, even if it is years later. Helping the client understand how the different systems work in their home. And how to go about the proper way to fixing any problems so that they do not waste hard earned money fixing problems over and over. This way they can spend money on what they need or want.
