I have had a monthly cleaning by Scent from Heaven for the past 18 months. I have been quite happy with the work. The cleaning crews have all been friendly and professional. I’ve had to move a few of my appointments and find Katie to be very accommodating.

Scent from Heaven has been providing us house cleaning service for several years. The owner has always been accommodating and flexible, which is important to me with four kids and a busy schedule. The team does quality work and uses a combination of their own and our own products and cleaning tools as we have requested. The are also always friendly and professional.

Initial, one time, move in or move out cleans are charged at an hourly rate and ongoing cleanings will get a set rate to maintain cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either do in house or over the phone estimate to gather basic information relating to the customers personal preferences. During the initial clean we gather more in depth information and details about the job to help get to know the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years in professional cleaning experience and regularly attend presentations for new products/techniques.
