We offer upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees. A standard service/diagnostic fee of $80 is credited toward the repair if approved. Free estimates are provided for new installations and replacements. Discounts may be available for new customers, repeat customers, and seasonal promotions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your issue or project over the phone or Thumbtack chat. I ask a few questions to understand your system and schedule a visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Big Mike’s heating and cooling holds and maintains a Michigan Mechanical Contractor License. With 15+ years of hands-on training and field experience working on furnaces, air conditioners, and Refrigeration. I follow all local codes and industry standards to ensure safe, professional work.
