The Marchese Law Firm put my mind at ease with filing for bankruptcy. They made the process easy, and very professional.
I hired Dynah Duncan White as my divorce attorney. She was there for me during every stage of my divorce. In every situation that came up, she was able to advise me with what I should be doing and what I shouldn't be doing. My divorce is final and I could not have asked for a better person to handle this for me.
Sometimes do-it-yourselfers need a little help. In my case, I knew filing for bankruptcy on my own I would need some professional help. Merritt Tax and Financial was the perfect solution. Dasia Merritt didn't approach me like the other lawyers whom I've asked for help; all holier than thou. She was very friendly and professional and she made me comfortable talking about my situation. She explained the whole process, told me what I needed to provide, and quickly had my paperwork ready to file. She also went above the call of duty and made sure I had auxiliary legal services in case I had questions during the process and in the future. The price was exactly what she quoted me. Sure there were other fees involved but she told me what to expect upfront so I would be ready. No surprises! So, for people who like to handle things themselves I highly recommend Dasia Merritt at Merritt Tax and Financial. She's close by and always available when you need help.
Never felt sorry for company but I have faith in all
The work performed by Terry Hiller was for my bankruptcy filing. It lasted 3-4 months, exactly what Terry indicated to me (approx. 1 month for my prep (document gathering, etc.) and 3 months for the filing to go through. He knew what was needed for the filing. Terry was very straight forward with me. Just being honest with me is what I liked about Terry.
The experience getting my bankruptcy started with Maxwell Dunn Law has been great. My employer was notified as soon as I filed to stop deducting garnishments. The staff was nice and professional during each meeting.
I recommend The Smith Law Offices. She worked with me being on Social Security and kept her retainer low and has let me pay her off in 2 installments instead of demanding all the money before filing papers. The Friend of the Court is no longer double dipping me and I no longer have to visit food banks just to get by. I will be using her services next year when I can afford to file for bankruptcy because my health insurance provider denied me a $17,000 surgery 3 months after I had it. Samantha has responded to all of emails with in a couple minutes even on weekends. Thanks Samantha and Sarah
