Updated Review: We hired Ceez The Plumber to help fix a collapsed pipe, and I want to start by saying that Cesar and his team did excellent work on that front. They handled everything themselves, including excavation, with no subcontractors or surprises. Cesar was thorough, transparent, and incredibly helpful, even going out of his way to assist with a tricky city-side pipe issue. The crew was hard working and incredibly kind. That said, I’m dropping this to a 4-star review because the final step of the project, leveling our yard, was never completed. I've reached out multiple times and haven’t gotten any response back, which has been disappointing. Technically, the job isn’t finished, and the state of the yard right now makes it pretty unusable. I still appreciate the hard work and honesty we saw during the main job, but the follow-through after payment has left a lot to be desired.

They did a great job with installing a new toilet and sink and vanity. But when it comes to the flooring, they obviously didn't know what they were doing. They glued my crawlspace closed and I just found this out at the end of July when I needed the crawlspace opened. I called him and complained about it and told him they should come out and fix it. Cesar said they would come out on Tuesday which is tomorrow, but I have text him numerous times today to ask when he's coming out. He's refusing my phone calls. I need to know a time frame since I have doctors appointments. Haven't heard anything back from him.
