FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I may not always be the lowest bidder, my pricing reflects the premium, white-glove service I provide. You are paying for peace of mind, careful workmanship, and an installer who treats your home like their own. I provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins so there are never any surprises. If a job requires extra parts or unexpected modifications, I will always communicate that with you directly before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering the specifics of your project upfront—usually the appliance model and a photo of the space—so I can provide an accurate, flat-rate quote. On installation day, I arrive on time and begin by fully protecting your floors and surrounding cabinets. I handle the complete installation, taking whatever time is necessary to ensure perfect leveling and secure, safe connections. Once installed, I run a full diagnostic test on the appliance, clean up the work area entirely, and walk you through the new unit. My goal is a completely turnkey, stress-free experience for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring extensive hands-on experience to every project, having spent years mastering the trade and refining my installation techniques in the field. Beyond my practical background, I continuously stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturer guidelines, local safety codes, and industry best practices. This combination of real-world experience and ongoing education ensures that every appliance I touch is connected safely, securely, and exactly to the manufacturer's specifications.
