- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may require a valid credit card number or other secured funds (cash, cash app) as a deposit to schedule. You will be charged the deposit at the time of scheduling. We request a 24 hour advance cancellation notice for the Removal service. If our team members arrive and if for any reason you cannot remove your items at the scheduled time, a penalty may apply. Cancellation policies vary on servicing location.
