The service I received took a really long time. Way beyond the deadline I was given. A lot of over promising and under delivering. For the amount of money spent on this project i walked away with less than we agreed upon initially and ultimately i just wanted the excuses to end. 1. huge lesson was that after coming into contract with John he offered a more “economical “ and quicker way to complete the project which would be for him to “outsource “ parts of the project to foreign “contractors “ to do the work which was a nightmare. He would then use his time to oversee and communicate the vision of the project. This proved to be unproductive and a waste of time. I was often told that the designer wasn’t working out so we’d have to use another 1 or they weren’t available due to time zone issues. Many revisions and multiple meetings were needed to re communicate and correct grammatical errors and missing design elements to bring the project to completion. Ultimately the deadline was never met and I couldn’t launch my business in season. Johns communication style is professional but his focus isnt there. The deliverables that I did receive were basic and i spent all of my time hand holding throughout the process. I spent thousands of dollars and I expected more than what I received!

We typically charge a monthly retainer for ongoing campaign management and strategy. We also offer project-based pricing for one-off items such as landing pages, videos, graphics, reports, audits, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build > Measure > Learn Phase 1: We start by defining the goals, objectives, benchmarks, and resources we have for the project. Phase 2: We strategize the best possible route to market and compare different channels. Phase 3: We begin building our assets and launch our campaigns while monitoring them carefully. Phase 4: We review the campaign progress through a series of detailed reports, learn from that data, and make improvements to the campaign.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've managed millions of dollars in ad spend over my career and have managed dozens of campaigns. The best training in my opinion is hands-on training.
