Orlando’s Plumbing was responsive and responsible. They got back to us right away and came two days later to do the work (it was not an emergency). They showed up on time, replaced our copper gas pipe with a steel one with safety valve, and hooked up our new dryer to the gas line. They left a few times to purchase parts and exchange a faulty part but returned in a timely manner and finished the job within a few hours. I was pleased with their professionalism and work.

I am so thankful to Orlando for responding so quickly. I went downstairs to get a dress out of a closet, to wear to a funeral out of town on Friday, and found water soaked rugs and carpet. I received a call from Orlando, while at work, who stated he could come that day. I had already selected a replacement water heater from Home Depot. Orlando said he would pick it up and be at my home at about 10:00 a.m. I let him know my fiancee was at home and informed him that Orlando was coming to install the water heater. I went home for lunch, and the water heater was installed. I never got to meet Orlando. I wish I had. met him. If I have any other repair problems, I will surely call Orlando if he can't do the service, I will trust his recommendations. That day, Orlando lifted a weight off my shoulders, as I was preparing to leave town. I could go own. I'm just so thankful for his understanding and doing such an excellent job. Anjail

Orlando Plumbing gave me my quality of life back! He understood the assignment of taking out my bath tub out and putting in a walk-in shower. Once he removed the walls he recognized there were somebody issues with how the plumbing was set up and he fixed it. He also gave me a wall access panel. I am so happy with my bathroom. They also put on a new door, replaced the flooring and painted my cabinet. It turned out beautiful. I can't figure out how to add photos, but I will come back once the upload is complete.

Mr. Orlando replaced corroded copper pipes with pex from the basement to the kitchen (right above) as well as installed our washing machine and dryer. From start to finish he ensured everything went smoothly. He came around the time that he promised he would, brought the right equipment, and got to work straight away. He was all done within 2 hrs, much less than I expected. I won't bat an eye before hiring him again for future plumbing needs at my home. Thank you, Sir!
