I am so thankful to Orlando for responding so quickly. I went downstairs to get a dress out of a closet, to wear to a funeral out of town on Friday, and found water soaked rugs and carpet. I received a call from Orlando, while at work, who stated he could come that day. I had already selected a replacement water heater from Home Depot. Orlando said he would pick it up and be at my home at about 10:00 a.m. I let him know my fiancee was at home and informed him that Orlando was coming to install the water heater. I went home for lunch, and the water heater was installed. I never got to meet Orlando. I wish I had. met him. If I have any other repair problems, I will surely call Orlando if he can't do the service, I will trust his recommendations. That day, Orlando lifted a weight off my shoulders, as I was preparing to leave town. I could go own. I'm just so thankful for his understanding and doing such an excellent job. Anjail
