I truly cannot believe the low level of customer service with this company. I am usually not one to write reviews but I simply HAVE to in this case. First, I called and got a quote of just a little over $300 but they never emailed the official quote and then a week and a half later I called back and I was told $450. I explained the previous quote and she said she could do it for $370-something. It was higher than expected but I was in desperate need and was so happy with how professional she sounded and how easy it was to book an appt with her- she was accommodating and heard how desperate I was and was willing to squeeze me in right before the holidays. Seemed great and all until the next day when I called to tell her I never received the emailed quote (again). No answer. Left vm and called the next day and for 4 days after, two and three times each day. I left a voicemail each day and I even texted hoping that would result in a quick response. Nothing. Then Friday, the day of my appt, Im home at 1 (arrival time was 1-2) and she never showed! And STILL hasnt returned any of my 12+ calls either! I was so frustrated and sad because my home was in desperate need of cleaning after some construction work and I was so looking forward to it feeling like a home again Then I had a friend call and request services a week later and they got a call back when she missed their call, and the email quote. Meanwhile my home still isnt cleaned because it took a while to find her to begin witha company that can do post-construction cleaning, plus carpets, for an affordable price. Such a disappointment would be the understatement of the century

Purchased voucher on Groupon and booked right away. Booking was easy...very flexible and good communication. I admit that I wasn't very satisfied with the first cleaning, but after expressing it to the manager, she came right out and gave my house a great deep clean. I am now a satisfied customer!
