I price based on time and equipment along with travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure they understand exactly what I will be doing and what to expect. If they have any questions I want to try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate's in digital electronics and 2 certificates in computer repair including a Microsoft A+.
