- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for someone selling their home is 6% commission, unless it is vacant and we need to bring in furniture and stage it. Then the commission is 7% - But well worth it. Our average market time for a staged home is 45 days. When we work with buyers we are paid not by the buyer, but by the seller of the property purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins at the clients home. ( If selling ) We ask questions that will help us understand their needs and priorities. We tour the home, while looking at it through the buyers eye. Depending on the size, location, condition and price we decide who is our most likely buyer. Then we discuss the ways to market the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having a real estate Broker's License, I held an appraisers license previously. I am also a certified Home Stager, and have a certification for Short Sales.
