- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to us we will have a brief conversation to make sure we can provide the appropriate services they are requesting. After that we will schedule an in person estimate to go over the project and collect all the info we need to create a bid. We try to make this process as quick and simple as we can so we don’t waste each others time. If the bid is excepted we will create a detailed project schedule for the customer and schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both worked under a master carpenter for many years; we learned everything from finish carpentry, framing, custom cabinet construction, cabinet refinishing, and how to remodel whole spaces from start to finish. After starting our company we took the necessary courses and proper exams to become licensed residential builders in the state of Michigan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My best friend got me a finish carpentry job during the summer well I was attending college. I fell in love with the work and after we both worked there for countless years we decided to branch off and start this business together.
