Introduction: I am a licensed professional counselor, national board-certified counselor, certified hypnotherapist and life coach. I work with individuals and couples to help them achieve their goals. When dealing with couples coaching or counseling we work to get the resentments out of the relationship which renews that loving feeling. As a coach, I work with individuals and businesses to achieve the goals the client sets. Together, we work to design and implement the plans to "make it happen". I use hypnosis to help individuals deal with issues such as smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety, fears, phobias, and regressions to deal with the past if that is past life, or current life trauma. Unresolved issues from the past contribute to depression, anxiety and overall unhappiness. Together with the client, we set the goals and then we work toward achieving those goals. As a therapist, I am very down to earth and my clients are constantly saying to me "you are so warm and safe, I love working with you".
