What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's pretty straightforward we either work for an hourly rate and the customer purchases the products or we give an estimate for everything involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just keeping up with all our paint retailers and the new products they have on a monthly basis. There really isn't a school for our field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm not going to lie I kind of just fell Into it. A friend of mine offered me a job, and as it turns out I didn't mind painting. Over the years I have learned to enjoy it and become pretty good at it as well.
