Had to contact company multiple times to inquire about new lawn service. Over a 10 day span (over which my grass became very long), Kevin, the owner, promised me on two different occasions that he would get the lawn mowed in time for contractors to work outside at the home. Never showed up, never called or even contacted me to say he couldn't or didn't want to do it. I had to pay $40 more to another company to mow it due to its length because I trusted Kevin would follow through on his word. Zero communication and lack of integrity is no way to do business. Terrible overall experience; avoid at all costs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have senior and military discounts available. We also have ads in the local paper as well as Facebook that may have coupons or discounts. We offer multiple services and we would love to get you a free quote. Most of our prices are based on the size of your property so to be able to give an accurate quote, we would like to have the address that the work will be performed. Our standard pricing for Spring or Fall Clean Up start at $40 per man per hour and can also have a time restriction if needed. Mowing prices are based on the size of the yard, depends on if there is a gate wide enough to fit our equipment through, and if the services are re-occurring.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the potential customer for information in order to give an accurate estimate. Then we go out and give them a free estimate, let them look it over. If they do want to proceed on with the estimate, we will get it scheduled to do the work. After getting it scheduled, if the total is over $1000.00, we require a half down payment and the rest paid off when the work is completed. We, then, perform the work for the customer and keep in touch to see if our customer is happy with the words that we provided for their property. We also require a signed proposal that can be cancelled at any time, we just ask for something in writing stating so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in landscaping, lawn care and hardscaping and installation of ponds and irrigation. I have been doing this type of work for 24+ years.
