- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repetitive services such as pool openings, closings and air/pressure tests all have standard pricing. Any type of service that is done on a daily basis is covered with standard pricing practices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen patiently to hear what they would like accomplished, what type of work they need and any and all concerns regarding their swimming pool.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had over 30 years on the job training and am still learning different techniques regarding different swimming pool issues. Also I attend continued support classes for my builders licenses and take the tests required to keep my license current.
