FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique in many ways, so a walk through estimate is usually required. Our pricing typically ends up in the middle range, but we find that our estimates reflect a more accurate budget up front. Items like trim molding, removal of existing flooring, and basic job prep are usually added on later by most companies, which can change the look of their original estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 10 minute phone call conversation usually determines if our company would be a good fit for the project at hand. From that point, a meeting at the job site can be scheduled to prepare a full estimate and view sample boards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years experience. Builders License, Journeyman Carpenter Status achieved through union apprenticeship.
