We prefer to price each job by its specific needs and requirements. Those gives you the best price possible. For most companies, a standard price usually means they are pricing higher to account for potential issues or they need to up sell you on additional services once on site.

An email or phone call to discuss general needs and what needs to beer cleaned. On site visit to see and discuss details. Proposal with up and presentation, either by phone, email or in person for larger jobs. Schedule work.
