Brad got back to me right away and although I never met him personally I did meet with his dad Richard after speaking with him on the phone. I let him know I was shopping around and he was understanding and just asked me not to make a decision until he met with me and my wife. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the business and he basically made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We originally wanted carpet for just the family room but after speaking with him we ended up doing that room, our staircase, and the entire upstairs (4 bedrooms). His contractors told us it would be a 2 or 3 day job and arrived when they told us. They were very professional and took away as much old carpet and pad as their van would handle. They removed the shoe molding very carefully so that I could replace if we decided we wanted to. The only small issue I have is when they removed the pad upstairs and exposed all the beautiful hardwoods the gentleman who was removing the staples and nails was not very gentle on the the floors. He pounded the living crap out of the nails even kinking a few and pulverized them into the hardwoods. He told my wife that if we decided later to go with hardwood floors it would probably be cheaper to replace rather than refinish. I don't know if that's true or not but overall we are very happy with the product, the contractor and the installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet.

Install team arrived and went to work moving furniture. They worked straight through for about 6 hours and the carpet was in and everything back in place. Couldn't ask for more.

I really enjoyed my whole experience with Beckwith Floors. After submitting my quote I heard back from Brad right away and he was very pleasant, informative, and timely with all his responses. I was able to get an estimate and the installation quickly, and the price was very reasonable as well. Everyone I dealt with was professional and nice and I absolutely love my new carpeting it feels great! I highly recommend Beckwith Floors to anyone needing new flooring!

We conduct a lot of work with new Home Builders, which enables our Company to get great pricing from various Manufacturers. This enables our Company to offer great prices to our Customer Base.

Unlike most Flooring Companies, we are a Family-Owned Business and you will be dealing primarily with the Owner of the Company, Richard. Unlike most Flooring Companies that hires a Salesman (Whose sole purpose is to write up a Sale), we provide you with honest feedback and knowledge of the product you are interested in.

We take various webinars and read various weekly magazines and other educational/informational documents from various manufacturers
