We needed new carpet in our living/dining room and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. The carpet is like a cloud and we love walking in that room barefoot now because of how soft and plush it is! They installed the carpet very quickly and everything looks GREAT!! We would not hesitate to call this company for all our flooring needs in the future!

From the very beginning we were happy with how quickly a quote was sent to us and how quickly we were responded to when corresponding. Richard came to our house to give us our quote and we hired on the spot. I felt very honest and fair with pricing as compared to others we met with. Time was set to start the job. My husband had to leave the house at a specific time for work so asked that they arrive early. They were a little late arriving which wasn't too big of a deal because we were able to have our neighbors come over to the house since my husband had to leave at a certain time. We couldn't be happier with the install and we LOVE the carpet. We will highly recommend to friends and family.

From start to finish, Beckwith Floors was amazing. Very friendly staff and installers, Carpet looks beautiful. My wife and I received (7) quotes and Beckwith Floors was substantially a better price than their competition. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

It was a great experience with Richard, he provided us his expertise on the carpets to choose. Provided an estimate and made sure he stuck to that. On time work done and I really appreciate the professionalism on their side of responding to phone calls and voicemails.
While the carpet had very few pins popped but that is understood.

We conduct a lot of work with new Home Builders, which enables our Company to get great pricing from various Manufacturers. This enables our Company to offer great prices to our Customer Base.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unlike most Flooring Companies, we are a Family-Owned Business and you will be dealing primarily with the Owner of the Company, Richard. Unlike most Flooring Companies that hires a Salesman (Whose sole purpose is to write up a Sale), we provide you with honest feedback and knowledge of the product you are interested in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take various webinars and read various weekly magazines and other educational/informational documents from various manufacturers
