- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I give you a dollar amount quote it is generally a maximum price. Many times the job will turn out to be somthing overlooked by a customer and I will work with them to iron out a fair price that we both agree on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a long time contractor I have worked with all types of customers from do it yourselfers to the person who won't go near a wire. My process is to diagnos the problem, give the customer as many options as possible and usually I am asked to come back to the customers house for other work they have been contimplating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former IBEW local 58 union electrician. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Business owner since 1999.
