John did an amazing job with our ceiling fans. He was professional upon arrival and walked me through the process. He also explained how each fan worked as they had different remotes. I will definitely use John again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well my travel costs vary based on how far the person lives from me but anywhere between $60 and $120 for travel. $80 hourly and they pay for material. 🙂
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tell them I've been an electrician for what is currently 11 years. Tell them how many times I've done similar projects and I let them know I'm doing everything efficiently, up to code, neat and clean!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to CET Trade School in Madison heights for 4 years! I also have 11 years of on the job training!
