Monique did a excellent job on my mother's 69th Surprise Birthday Party. She helped me come up with the design and executed it perfectly! Everything was beautiful especially the floating candles and the sparkle tree she made to hang the favors. Very creative and gave the party something special. I will definitely use Monique's services again for future events! Thanks Monique!
