What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, upfront pricing. Whenever possible, we provide a flat-rate quote before the work begins so you know what the job will cost. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project, travel distance, removal of old equipment, pickup or delivery needs, and any additional work required. We do not believe in surprising customers with unnecessary fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project and asking for the brand, model number, photos, or a link to the product whenever possible. We confirm that all parts and boxes have arrived, review the installation area, provide a price, and schedule a convenient time. When we arrive, we inspect the work area, complete the assembly or installation carefully, test everything, clean up the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes primarily from hands-on installation and assembly work. We regularly work with basketball hoops, outdoor play equipment, gazebos, furniture, fitness equipment, and other large residential products. We carefully follow manufacturer specifications and assembly instructions and use professional tools, proper leveling techniques, anchoring methods, and safe installation practices.
