Best experience and highly recommended! Beyond exceptional customer service, accommodation, responsiveness, helpfulness, and all over experience. Dale responded within minutes of my sending my request and right from his initial response he was beyond polite, helpful, and exceptionally honest and generous. He was very quick with not only his response to my inquiry but also with accommodating availability due to my situation in making it to my home to help! He was VERY patient with me and my situation and extremely honest rather than a lot of companies and people I have unfortunately come across with past needs that will say whatever to sell you whatever to make money. Dale was the complete opposite and actually informed me that what I wanted to come to my home to pay him to repair was likely not the issue and my issue was actually cheaper than my intended job for him! He was at my house the very next early morning with a phone call to confirm prior to coming, did the job (and provided me solutions I have been searching for regarding other things in my home with no hesitation or charge) and was never pushy in trying to get the other "jobs" I needed done in my home that I was asking him about.
Needless to say he will be back to my home Monday for another service I need and any additional service need from here on out that he is capable of handeling!!

Dale was fantastic. Very prompt, courteous and took the time to thoroughly review and diagnose the problem with my furnace. He was extremely professional and friendly and resolved the problem with as minimal impact only wallet as possible. I would hire him again without hesitation and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for service. And he has a good website and business model. A bonus.

Dale was very professional and friendly. He provided tips to help make my furnace last longer even though he was just doing an inspection. He was late, but the company called ahead and apologized. I would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our industry is hard to do standard pricing because every job is different. We also offer financing for all of our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make sure that the customer is sure about the services he or she wants first, some times something that seems like a big issue is not, then we will ask for information on where the job is located. after doing these first steps we see what time works best for the customer. then come out in a timely manner and do the work that is set forth. Lastly but most important of all make sure you are happy and satisfied with our company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ NATE certified technicians. Also we have many manufacturers training courses that are attended on a yearly basis.
