You can't go wrong with Premier Door LLC! Tyler arrived on time and was professional. He was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door. He was thorough in explaining what work needed to be done and responsive to all my questions. Tyler’s prices were affordable; he worked to find the lowest cost for my repairs. Lastly, his work was great! He did an excellent job installing my new garage opener within a very short time frame. I highly recommend Tyler and will be contacting him for any future garage maintenance/repair.

We would recommend Premier Door LLC and Tyler, our service pro, without reservation! He was responsive to every call and was polite and clean-cut. I called him on Thursday afternoon and he was able to come and help as soon as the following day. He made 2 visits to our home, the first to open our garage door and release my car from captivity and then he clamped our failed torsion springs so that we could use our door through the weekend. He returned after the weekend with our specific size springs which he had ordered for us. He replaced our springs, drums and cables, installed a new seal at the bottom of the door and oiled every possible hinge and roller and spring, showing me how to do it so I could maintain the door. He even tweaked with our opener several times so the pressure of the seal to the garage floor was nice and tight. He was very personable, and professional. Every tool he needed to use, with the exception of his ladder, was immediately available in the pounch he wore. Efficient! I called five different door companies and Tyler's price was the most economical. Great service, great value, win - win! In the end, we gave him a tip, baked him some cookies and thought, "That's exactly the kind of workman and experience you want to have when you hire someone to come to your home." Give Premier Door a call, I know you will be very glad you did!

Wish I could have given Tyler with Premier Door a 10 Star rating!!! Tyler was professional, courteous, does excellent work and has very competitive pricing!! I needed a garage door asap & he scheduled me in and even earlier than I thought possible. I've already hired him again!!! I would recommend him to family, friends, co-workers and complete strangers with confidence!!!! I love my new garage door!
