I appreciated Raven being on time with being nearly 3 hrs away. Although the car was nice and clean it looked different from the photo that was shown to me. The driver asked me to sign something on a pad once he made it and I was unsure so I asked but then I was interrupted by a phone call. As I just recently read gratuity was 15% but it could be adjusted, I didn't see a way for that. Lastly I asked my son if he had been offered snacks or refreshments and he said he had been offered water. I only asked based off the advertising of the service offering refreshments.

We had an amazingly great experience with this group. They were very communicative with how and when they would arrive. They were beyond accommodating to my son and his friends on this special occasion and they were very easy to be around. It was a perfect experience.

He came on time even as it was so early in the morning, and he carried an umbrella for me which was so very courteous of him. Hope his business can thrive.
