I can't tell you how much my husband and I appreciate Michele and her team! Miles, our dog was given the patience and care he deserves and we think he truly enjoyed his spa treatment...which isn't the usual experience when it's grooming time. He's been strutting his stuff and smiling since.. Kind and prompt professionals, easy payment options, winning Miles over...priceless! I am the owner of a big, older dog. We are not able to get him into the bathtub to wash him anymore. (He's too fragile) We called up Woofie's and they came that week! The groomers knew how to handle large older dogs. In 30 minutes our dog was clean, dry, nails done and smelling good! I highly recommend their service.

We had a wonderful experience with Woofies of Farmington Hills! The convenience of a mobile pet wash and groom is unbeatable, and the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind with our dog. Our dog is 11 years old, and we were especially impressed by how thoughtfully they accommodate older pets — they even have a bridge to help senior dogs safely and comfortably transition into the wash tub.
They took the time to make sure she was calm and comfortable, and the results were fantastic — a clean, soft, and happy pup without the stress of a traditional grooming salon. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they work with and go the extra mile to make the experience gentle and positive.
We will absolutely be using Woofies again and highly recommend them, especially for anyone with senior dogs or pets who need a little extra care.

Service was excellent! They did a very deep wash of our dog Boscoe, along with a nail trim. He's an older dog with weak back legs, but our washer was incredible with holding him while washing. He usually shakes and looks scared, but he was great with our groomer (sorry forgot her name). It's been a couple weeks and Boscoe STILL smells like the shampoo a little. :-)

Great experience with Woofie’s of Farmington Hills! They arrived on time, were professional, and very quick. My cat, Rocket, stayed calm and comfortable during his nail trim. I love the convenience of them coming right to my home in their nicely decorated Van. Highly recommend for both dogs and cats! 5 stars!

Final pricing is provided based on in-home-estimate for recurring service. Pricing for one-time cleans provided over phone with follow up quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new prospects we schedule an in-home-estimate at whihc time we tell you about our company and the cleaning process. We answer any questions you may have. Then a quote is provided to you. Upon acceptance we get you on our schedule and you can sit back and let us clean your home. A quote is also provided at the end of After acceptance of quote we place you on our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners go thru initial ten days of on-the-job training including ten computer based training modules with test questions. Training continues for next forty days which get employee to professional house cleaner certification. On-going training over next ninety days includes trainer and inspector training.
