What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on the time that a return might take, which is dependent on the complexity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new clients to review their tax situation as well as their previous tax return. I answer any questions you might have so you are comfortable with my knowledge and the overall process as we move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree from Eastern Michigan University (accounting) and have completed HR Block's tax course. I am also licensed with the state of Michigan as a Certified Public Accountant.
