While this ro accommodated my request for a quick cleaning, I'm not happy with the cleaning.
The couch doesn't smell fresh and, I found a clump of hair inside the seams of the couch.

Additionally, I was told that it would cost either $30 or 3 reviews for the couch DRYING service.

Forgive me for being a novice but shouldn't the drying be PART of the service? If it's not , tell me that and I'll pay the money up front.
