What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul Hlynskyy, who is a licensed Residential Builder, is regularly undergoing continuing education which is required by State of Michigan. In addition, management team is doing continuous research on what's hot and new in the industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are family owned business. Paul Hlynskyy who is co-owner of the company has been in this line of work for over 30 years. He started in Ukraine, managed commercial construction company. When he moved to USA, he decided to stay construction industry. He obtained Residential Builders license and provided full range of remodeling services in Metro Detroit area as sole proprietor for over 10 years. In 2015 his daughter, Antonina Keefer, decided to take her father's business into higher level and registered Lotus Home Improvement LLC. She comes from Financial background, however, very interested in design/remodeling/building industry. She is thinking to make this her future.
What types of customers have you worked with?
