Outstanding! I am a real estate agent is south Florida and I can say that I WISH that I could get this kind of service here! I purchased a 100+ year old home in MI while living in FL. I knew full well that it needed a lot of work. The reports are outstanding! I hired the inspection after the purchase as a 'to do' list. I have found his suggestions, photos and feedback to be invaluable. It is the rare occasion that I am satisfied beyond measure with an inspection. Michael exceeded our expectations in every way. Price was better than anyone in Grand Rapids and offered more in his service than others did. Our appraisal was done in about 24 hours and came with quality assurances and guarantees that no others offered. He used state of the art equipment and technology to look for hidden issues the house could have had. My realtor said that the inspection was the most thorough he has seen for the price. Hopefully we will never need the guarantee or warranties but if we do we hope he'll be good for it.

Michael was on time and thorough and very friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained and answered my questions easily---he didn't seem put out or bothered by my constant barrage of questions (this was my first home inspection) and in fact, went above and beyond in discussing many aspects of the house and of home structures in general. I would absolutely use Michael again!
