- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually take into account the size of the event and the hours we'll spend traveling, as well as the time spent editing photos. When we shoot over a thousand photos at one event, the time spent editing can easily be double or triple the time actually spent shooting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take time to sit down with our clients to make absolutely sure we know exactly what they want and expect from the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education, especially in portrait and wedding photography.
