Am I glad I found Ken!!! I found out I had a bedbug probably and was totally freaking out about it. I explained to him I was not going to be able to have the entire house down for about 2 weeks due to some other things going on. I was mainly concerned about my bedroom that is the only place I had seen them. He offered to come out and treat my bedroom and then come back in a few weeks and do the rest of the house. He explained everything very throughly and didn’t try and sell me a service I didn’t need. Very impressed so far and he only did one room can’t wait for him to come out and finish the house. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

He was amazing so friendly and made me feel he actually knew what he was doing. When I returned home he did a very detailed job would recommend him to everyone that needed services provided . Hopefully only one treatment required

I could not recommend Ken more. He responded very quickly and demonstrated empathy and compassion. Bedbugs are such a traumatic experience, both physically and emotionally.
Ken was upfront about the process. He warned me that it might take more than one treatment. The fee was very reasonable compared to competitors and came with a 60 day warranty that starts after the bedbugs are gone. Ken checked up on me multiple times and was very friendly and supportive when he came back to retreat.
I noticed a huge improvement after the first treatment. We did see a couple more bugs about a week later. Ken came out within a short time and after a second treatment, I have been clear.
If you are facing a bedbug issue, this is the man to call.

I appreciated that Ken was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He arrived earlier than expected but that is always better than being late. He reassured me that my problem wasn't as bad as I had thought and was able to start the treatments while he was here. Great for peace of mind.
