What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in person or over the phone consultations to all our customers. Its important that we do a full estimate before any price is discussed. This includes accurate measurements, color, is it a repair or replacement, damage evaluation, etc. This allows us to accurately price the work needed to get the job done. Price is determined based on a number of factors such as house size (Linear Square Footage), material needed, labor involved, supplies, equipment, possible out of service area mileage fee, etc. Each home and commercial property are unique and depending on what service is needed, will be the determining factor on how your project is priced. More information can be discussed with one of our representatives during your estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and make our process as easy as possible for all our customers. First, you book your free estimate with Michigan Pro Gutters. Then, we come out and do an evaluation of your home gutters. Price and explanation of the work involved will be discussed during this time. Once the estimate is approved, we set up an installation date. Then, the big day arrives. We install or repair any work that was agreed upon and walk you through the completed work. During this whole process our office staff will walk you through all job information and payment options. It's that simple!! We do all the heavy lifting so you can focus on other home projects.

All Michigan Pro Gutter owners have been in the gutter service business for over 7+ years. Each owner has worked for and/or subcontracted for other companies such as leaf filter, Hanson's, Performance, etc. We took the time to focus solely on gutters allowing us to offer the best solutions and give top notch quality work. Our owners/installers have installed on over 1000+ homes and commercial properties throughout their career. We continue to get the education and experience needed to ensure your home is fully protected.
