Mantis Wellness

Aly Melton is an internationally certified personal trainer and nutritionist with additional certifications in naturopathy and holistic medicine. Having a lifelong background in athletics, she takes a personalized whole-body approach to helping clients of all ages reach their fullest potential! Aly attended the University of Michigan and Adrian College, where she continued her passion for athletics through college sports, primarily dance. She began her career in health and fitness in 2015, a journey that became even more personal when her husband became a disabled Marine and she assisted as his full-time caregiver. This experience deepened her understanding of mobility, functionality, quality of life, as well as the importance of compassion, encouragement and a little tough love when helping others reach their goals! Outside of her professional work - Aly is a proud mother of two active sports driven children, wife of a military veteran, and rooted in her community through their family-owned landscaping business. Having lived across the United States she has experienced diverse cultures, personalities, lifestyles, and family dynamics, teaching her the importance of meeting people where they are and recognizing that wellness looks different for everyone. Aly actively lives what she teaches through outdoor activities, athletic competitions, family, and community. She believes true health is about building the strength, confidence, and resilience to fully enjoy life for years to come!
