Had Eric out to our home in White Lake, MI to give us an estimate on our septicsysteminstall. He was very professional and provided a quote. We are wiating to move into the home to have the work done, but so far so good.

Called at 6 pm on a Tuesday evening. They were the only company that actually answered their phone. Eric came out to my home the very next. The news they provided wasn't great news as my septicsystem had failed, however they were very professional along the way. Waiting on county to have an inspection and survey.

We were selling our house and during the home inspection we found that our field had started to flood out. We weren't sure if we needed a new field or not. We called out Universal Septic to take a look and sure enough our field had failed. They were very knowledgeable in explaining everything. We got an estimate from them and 2 other companies. They came in about $1,000 cheaper than the other two bids we got. The work we got from Universal took about 4 days. It was a borderline engineered project so it took some skill in getting the job done. When it was all complete my wife and I were extremely happy with their service.
