FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my clients simply have questions that no one has ever given them simple answers to. For example, does it pay to advertise on Facebook? How does Google Adwords work? By not only showing clients how to get started with these online marketing techniques, but also coaching them to manage the project themselves, they have the knowledge to make business decisions based on facts.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My client www.co2meter.com started in 2008 as a simple online ecommerce site with 1 employee (me) and 1 product. Since that time, it has grown to a dozen employees, 100 products and sales in the millions. 100% of the business comes from online contacts or sales. I've done most of the online marketing and written most of the site.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get references! anyone who depends on clients should have a dozen clients who are happy to recommend them. Ask for the names and numbers of at least 3 references in industries different from yours, and call each of them. If you're not a competitor, most small business owners will be happy to give you 3-5 minutes of their time.
