The location was a little off putting but Tiffany was very knowledgeable and precise. I took this class in college and I actually learned some new things from her! Her experience as an EMT definitely shows and makes her lesson more relevant. Also, they offer classes several times a week no matter the class size! Will definitely recommend them to others.

I took the "Family and Friends" course along with some family members. Amanda, the instructor, was so personable and professional. I had never taken a CPR class before, while my husband has taken many. We both left the class feeling like we had learned a lot. Amanda made us feel very comfortable, took time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we all really had the hang of things before moving on. I now feel very confident about something that used to intimidate me. Empowering, enjoyable experience! Highly recommended!

Q&A

How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a Paramedic working 9-1-1 calls, I saw first hand the helpless look on peoples face after losing a loved one and I had and still have a goal to teach as many people as possible life saving skills so they don't have to feel as helpless.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Every year we donate CPR classes to the staff at the Boys and Girls Club, its such a fun class and we have great time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do price comparisons. Find out how long that class will be and if it is same day certification. You will find that we are the most economical option and the best!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I only hire instructors that teach not just for the money but for the love of teaching these very important skills and all have well rounded backgrounds.
