- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on skill set and what is required per state licensing. This would require further discussion with the client. Prices issued are estimated pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To have a discussion with our future clients to assess their needs. Submit a written Estimate to our client for approval. If available meet client before course and review the site. Finishing up by having a great course!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff continuously have to renew their state licenses, and are required to update at least yearly in the fields they are instructing. Our staff comes from a pool of EMS personnel, Firefighters, Police, Nurses, and Physicians.
