Looks like this is the first verbiage the public sees so I must state here that IF you don't offer a model number and what your device is not doing what it should do then I cannot afford to consider your request. Also know that if your television screen is damaged, no one in the world can help you. Note that TV repair on average is $185 unless its Samsung then its $350 I am personable and analytical - I think outside the box when approaching problems. I believe there is always a solution other than what I see a lot of people who call themselves technicians doing, telling customers to scrap what they are currently in - remove it all and buy new start fresh. That is unnecessary 95% of the time. I prefer to work with what you have. I like making repairs the Right Way, where I don't have to come back to the jobsite and redo anything. I like to make repairs on PC's that make it seem like nothing was ever wrong! I like to save all my customers custom settings so they can keep any changes they made to make their PC, their own.
