About
Looks like this is the first verbiage the public sees so I must state here that IF you don't offer a model number and what your device is not doing what it should do then I cannot afford to consider your request. Also know that if your television screen is damaged, no one in the world can help you. Note that TV repair on average is $185 unless its Samsung then its $350
I am personable and analytical - I think outside the box when approaching problems. I believe there is always a solution other than what I see a lot of people who call themselves technicians doing, telling customers to scrap what they are currently in - remove it all and buy new start fresh. That is unnecessary 95% of the time. I prefer to work with what you have.
I like making repairs the Right Way, where I don't have to come back to the jobsite and redo anything. I like to make repairs on PC's that make it seem like nothing was ever wrong! I like to save all my customers custom settings so they can keep any changes they made to make their PC, their own.

I spilled water on my tower, damaging some of the components. DR Computer Guy diagnosed each one to determine what was salvageable. Turns out just the MB, GPU, and a fan were damaged. He even helped me find a suitable replacement MB online. Definitely knows his stuff, and is pationate about his work.

I hired Will to fix a broken HDMI port on my Playstation 4. I could't more pleased with the results. Will was able to get the proper replacement port from Sony and had it installed the day it arrived. I would highly recommend Will for any console repairs. He was quick, professional, and more than fairly priced for the repair.
Secondly, I had will look at cleaning up an old laptop to get it back to proper functioning. Once again he was more than fair with the price and explained everything from start to finish.

Will went out of his way to find parts for my laptop. When none were available, he came up with and alternative to fix the broken hinge on my computer. It works great and is stronger then before and it was a cheaper solution. Great job!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard price. Sometimes a job is easier or takes less than the average amount of time to complete, that is when lower prices apply. Pricing depends on the details of the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked mostly with less than 3 computer small business and residential or "end user" customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I was hired to work at an Indian Temple - The commercial fridge was not cooling properly so in two hours I was able to take it apart and diagnose what it needed to do its job. I had the customer order parts to save them money and then they paid me to install the parts.
