Kirk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The job ended up being bigger than initially expected as there was many problems due to the age of our sink, the mistakes of the previous homeowners, and hidden damage that wasn't possible to see until he started to take apart the floor board underneath the sink. But he kept a positive and professional attitude the entire time even when it became an all-day job. We were very impressed and very happy with the end results. We have a few more jobs that we would like to have done in the spring once we can afford it and will happily use Dion's Complete Plumbing, Heating and Cooling again and we will specifically request Kirk to be our technician again.

Came out after 3 DTE techs worked on furnace 3 different days in a week's time furnace still shut down after a few hours . DTE next appointment 3 days from time of call with a 5 degree night coming up before they could come. Dion's came out same day late diagnosed problem came back next day after finding parts needed got furnace running before pipe freezing 5 degree night. This is a 90 year old home. Thank you for coming late due to the situation and juggling your schedule to get back to get this home heat.
